The Cottages

Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting areas overlooking Loch Torridon and across to the Torridon hills. The kitchens are equipped with double ovens, microwave ovens, induction hobs, dishwashers, fridge/freezers, wine coolers, Nespresso coffee machines and Dualit toasters. Wi-Fi is available, free of charge, throughout the property.

A superking downstairs bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a double-ended bath and separate rainfall shower, and a twin room (can be superking) upstairs with en-suite rainfall shower.


The beds are huge, soft and super-comfy with duck feather and down mattress toppers and duvets, luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen, and fluffy towels and bath robes.

Other features include a heated porch with boot/shoe storage in each cottage. There is a shared boot room with dog drying-bed, washing machine, clothes pulley and plenty of hanging hooks. Iron and ironing board.


Bed linen and towels, electricity and logs are included.


Oak and Italian porcelain floors throughout with underfloor heating. Flat screen satellite SMART TVs. Wood burning stoves. Larch decking with furniture. Direct access to miles of lochside Estate walks.


Please note that due to Badan Mhugaidh being off-grid and on a generator, we are unable to charge electric vehicles at the moment, though there are charging points nearby.

 

HOW TO GET HERE


We are approximately 90 minutes' drive from Inverness, our nearest city. You can fly to Inverness from many UK and European cities or you can arrive by train, perhaps the excellent Caledonian Sleeper service from London Euston.


Driving is, of course, an option, and you'll received detailled driving instructions with your booking confirmation.
